It's all about CFM (cubic feet per minute) and less about the tank size.

A 1.0 Hp Dental air compressor is required to support one (1) chair or operatory.

·        8010DSPCAD = 80% Dryer, 40 decibels, 8 Gal, 1 Hp in Sound Proof Cabinet & Automatic Drain Valve

·        10010DC = 80% Dryer, 60 decibels, 10 Gal, 1 Hp

·        10010DCAD = 80% Dryer, 60 decibels, 10 Gal, 1 Hp & Automatic Drain Valve

·        10010LFDC = 80% Dryer, 60 decibels, 10 Gal, 1 Hp & Long Life Motor 

NOTE: To efficiently operate (1) each Dental Milling Machine continuously a 4.0 HP model is typically required.  1.0 Hp air compressor should NOT be used for Dental Milling. A 2.0 Hp air compressor can only provide ~2 CFM CONTINUOUSLY for approximately 1 hour.
